This page lists the material subprocessors that DIVORSAY (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses to provide the Platform. A subprocessor is a third party engaged by DIVORSAY (either directly, or by one of our primary processors) that processes personal information on our behalf.
We maintain written agreements with every entity listed below. These agreements include confidentiality, security, breach-notification, subprocessor-flow-down, and audit-rights obligations consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA), and other applicable U.S. state privacy laws.

We will update this page when we engage a new material subprocessor or when an existing subprocessor’s role materially changes. Active paying customers and attorney-portal users will also receive a notice by email or in-app banner at least thirty (30) days before the change takes effect, where practicable.
