Divorsay, Inc. (“Divorsay”) maintains the insurance categories below to support the risk-allocation framework in our Terms of Service §17 (Hybrid Limitation of Liability) and §18 (Insurance Coverage).

| Professional Liability | Claims arising from the AI-assisted legal-information services DIVORSAY provides. |
| Errors & Omissions (E&O) | Service defects, including errors or omissions in AI-generated output. |
| Cyber Liability | Data-breach response, forensic investigation, regulatory notification, and, where applicable, credit monitoring for affected users. |
| Product Liability | Defects in the Platform itself or in any generated artifact. |
If any of the coverages described above lapses without replacement for a period exceeding thirty (30) days, Divorsay will update this page within five (5) business days and will notify active paying users by email and in-app banner (TOS §18.5).
Where a claim triggers coverage under one of the policies maintained pursuant to this page, Divorsay may share limited personal information with its insurers, brokers, coverage counsel, and forensic vendors as necessary to administer the claim. Recipients are required to maintain the information in confidence and to use it solely for claim administration. This cooperation does not affect your rights under our Privacy Policy.
Divorsay’s insurance policies are maintained for Divorsay’s benefit. Users are not third-party beneficiaries of these policies and are not named insureds, except where an insurance carrier satisfies Divorsay’s indemnification obligations to a user under the Terms of Service.
