Arbitration Opt-Out

What this form does

DIVORSAY’s Terms of Service include a binding arbitration agreement at §20.2 requiring most disputes to be resolved through private arbitration instead of court. If you would prefer to preserve your right to bring disputes in a court of competent jurisdiction, §20.7 of the Terms lets you opt out of that arbitration agreement.

You have thirty (30) days from the date you first accepted the Terms to opt out using this form. After opting out, you are not subject to binding arbitration for any future dispute with DIVORSAY.

What opting out does NOT do

• It does not terminate your account or subscription.
• It does not waive any other part of the Terms of Service.
• It does not affect our obligation to provide the Services.
• It does not give up the right to use small-claims court for claims under $10,000 (which was already preserved by §20.4).

After you submit

You will receive a confirmation email from legal@divorsay.comcontaining the timestamp of your opt-out. Please retain this email — it is your proof of opt-out.
