My document will not upload

File size limits, supported formats, and common upload fixes.

PDF, JPG, PNG, DOCX, XLSX, CSV, and TXT files are supported.

Maximum file size is 10 MB per document. For larger files, try compressing the PDF or splitting it into smaller parts.

Check your internet connection
Try a different browser
Make sure you have not reached your document limit (Free: 5, Essential: 50, Complete: unlimited)
Contact support@divorsay.com with the file name and error message
