How to delete your account and data

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. Your request triggers a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel.

After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted:

• Evidence files removed from storage
• Conversations and messages deleted
• Documents and case data deleted
• Profile anonymized
• Stripe subscription cancelled
• Authentication account deleted

This action is irreversible after the grace period.
