Navigating your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is your kit — the file you are building so a first meeting with an attorney can start on strategy, not on sorting. It greets you by name and says plainly where things stand, from "Start with a breath" on day one to "The kit is ready to hand over."

The room bar

• The line at the top names your kit and your state, plus what you have shared — like whether you have children.
• The kit packs in four rooms: I Breathe, II Know, III Organize, IV Hand off. Rise comes after the packet — it is what the kit is for, not a room to pack.
• A room shows as packed only when what is inside would hold up in front of an attorney — not just because you opened a tool. A room sitting unfinished for a while is normal.
• Rooms are status, not locks. The sidebar is always open, and you can go to any tool there at any time.

One next step

There is one button on the page — the single action that moves your kit forward — with an honest time estimate beside it, like Next · 4 min, and a WHY NOW line that says what the step protects.

• BEFORE YOU HAND THIS OVER lists the small things an attorney would ask about in the first five minutes — a date to confirm, children missing from a support calculation. Each line links straight to the fix, and none of them lock anything.
